IN THE VAULT:  With the overwhelming success of “Milkshake” in 2003 people forgot that Kelis had other potential hits on her “Tasty” album.  “Millionaire” is no exception.  Produced by Andre 3000 in the midst of the chart-topping success of Outkast’s “Speakerboxxx/The Love Below,” Dre could do no wrong.  At the time he was in high demand as “Hey Ya” topped the Billboard Hot 100 for nine weeks, from December 13, 2003 to February 7, 2004.  With all of this momentum, StarTrak still decided not to release “Millionaire” as a single in the U.S.  However, it was released internationally and peaked at No. 3 on the UK Singles chart and sold 65,000 copies.  A video was later made for the song directed by Giuseppe Capotondi but does not feature the artists at all.  Young children were chosen to play the role of Kelis and Dre.  The details of “Millionaire” will continue to be a mystery.
